Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to have a visible impact on the society by supporting our healthcare customers and local health systems team in Austria on a daily basis.

You will be able to live your passion for supply chain and develop your expertise in business services by integrating and strengthening Supply Chain organization to optimize our delivery to customers.

You can implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for:
* Actively driving integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally and cross country to increase operational excellence and customer value
* Ensuring tenders and offers are coordinated in terms of cross sectors department.
* Maintaining total overview of all offers and tenders.
* Setting priorities and ensuring completeness of all offers and tenders within required timeframes including escalations.
* Ensuring all bids are created and submitted within given deadlines by making sure adequate resource is in place
* Owning & driving performance cycle for Actuals, Forecast, AOP, Inventory.
* Leading and developing the supply chain and commercial back office team to ensure the long and short-term capabilities.
* Driving supply chain transformation and commercial back office towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision-making.
* Actively driving a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices.
* Internal control frame work (SOX, ICS).

You are a part of the Philips Health Systems Commercial Operations & Service and Solutions Delivery Team in Austria

and report to the Head of Commercial Operations & Service and Solutions Delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* Preferable higher education (bachelor or master) in Supply Chain or Business administration (Finance, Business Economics or Accounting oriented studies)
* Min. 5 years of professional experience in people management
* Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and related accounting topics
* Proven experience in P&L, Finance performance (forecast, Annual operating plans)
* Experience with large scale ERP applications and data repositories like SAP
* Project management skills (PMP preferred)
* Supply chain related certifications would be an advantage
* Preferably LEAN Experience (e.g. Daily Management, PRIDE Problem Solving)
* Excellent communication skills at different levels
* Knowledge of hospital buying processes
* Fluent in German and English

The minimum yearly salary is equal to € 62.608,- gross with willingness to overpay. The actual annual income is commensurate with the market, your qualifications, and experience.
