RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL BRANA EMPLOYEES

* Works actively towards the achievement of the department and consequently BRANA and Heineken Objectives;
* Works in accordance with BRANA and Heineken principles, attitudes and core values;
* Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
* Maintain the work space and tools in good conditions;
* Comply with Safety and Industrial Hygiene rules and standards in the company and in the course of their daily tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

This Communication Coordinator will be responsible for keeping the employees and the management team at BRANA informed of issues that affect the workplace. H/She will also be responsible for External Communication Strategies.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal communications
* Establish an internal communication strategy in conjunction with senior manager.
* Ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
* Plan, edit and write contents for a variety of communication mediums, such as staff intranet, social media, monthly publications or regular e-mail bulletins.
* May also be required to work on the layout of content and/ or translate ideas to creative team.
* Deliver presentations at organizational events. Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentations to employees.

* Communication Event Planning.
* Communicate company updates, key initiatives, industry issues, workplace programs and other topics to ensure transparency of information and consistency.

External communication
* Draft and handle Press Releases.
* Handle Social Media Contents.
* Develop and edit communication materials like newsletters, blogs, press releases and similar marketing materials in order to promote the company.

Correspondence & Administrative Support
* Handle incoming correspondence (sponsorship requests, invitations, special packages)
* Draft responses for outgoing correspondence in exquisite French, English or Creole,
* Follow up on existing requests.

Planning Support
* Maintain CA activity calendar, including vacation and Events dates
* Assist with receiving VIPs, including collaborating with Security and Receptionist to ensure they are properly received. Preparing conference room to receive them.
* COOP request on Heilite.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

Education (Required)

Public relations, communication, Sociology or Journalism.

Master degree (Preferred) or Bachelor degree.

Other requirements:

* Crisis Communication.

* Speech Writing.

* Social Media Contents.

* Able to work under pressure, in time constraint situation with minimum to no supervision.

* Good Customer Service Skills and Interpersonal Communication.

Professional experience: 5 years and above
