Job Objective

The HR & Admin Manager reports to the HR Director and leads a lean team to manage HR and admin operations in the office. As a HR business partner, the Manager supports and advises the business leaders about HR issues. The Manager will drive HR projects and initiatives, contributing HR knowledge and expertise, develop best practices, and display creative thinking and problem solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage full spectrum of HR functions and HR operations including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment process, performance management, learning & development
* Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
* Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes on quality and continuous improvement, strengthening of employee retention and development, and increasing employees' performance.
* Bridge and Drive management and employee relations, communication, engagement and develop initiatives or activities
* Partner with academic institutions on internship programmes
* Support payroll matters and processes
* Manage employee benefits including leave, insurance claims and renewals
* Update and maintain employee records, information and documents accurately
* Administer non-local employees' work pass applications and renewals via EP Online
* Manages the preparation and maintenance of reports and periodically (or as requested) for management to track strategic goals accomplishment.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Act as champions or representatives for Sustainability, CSR and Health & Safety programmes
* Oversee office administration and operations including front desk and IT support
* Oversee facilities management and office maintenance

Job Requirements
* Degree qualification with at least 5 years of people-management experience
* Understanding of employment legislations, regulations and practices is essential
* Ability to work with all levels of employees
* Ability to handle information sensitively and confidentially is crucial
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
