In support of our existing team we are currently looking for the position of:
Junior Brand & Customer Manager Acute Care (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
* Responsibility for projects regarding marketing of products within the portfolio of Hospital Acute Care
* Support regarding analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
* Implementation and tracking of digital campaigns, initiatives and materials directed at different internal and external stakeholders, such as HCPs, sales teams or patients
* Support regarding translating the global and local product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plan
* Gain customer insights from different resources and support for the development of materials or implementation of specific programs
* Support with forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses in alignment with the Portfolio Brand & Costumer Manager (BCM), Business Unit Director (BUD) and the Finance department based on local external and global internal assumptions
* Support in allocating resources and managing budgets
* Tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly in alignment with Portfolio BCM & BUD
* Ensure alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between
various stakeholders and departments such as Medical, Regulatory, Market
Access, Finance, demand planning etc. participating in or leading cross

Qualifications
* University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
* Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment is an advantage
* High affinity to digital tools and concepts
* Ability to navigate in a science-driven, quickly developing environment
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messages
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking
* Fluency in English and German, both oral and written
* Strong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertise

We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 48.100,-- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
