About the Role

HelloFresh Canada is seeking an experienced marketer to lead, transform, and scale up our partnership marketing function. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how HelloFresh collaborates with other businesses and ensure that related performance and bottom-funnel conversion goals are met.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, your role will have two primary functions: 1) reimagining a portfolio of partnership sales products as a solution-based offering, and 2) pitching this offering to high-potential partners. You will be joining a passionate and talented marketing team that embraces data and agility. This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with a successful consumer product and stellar team.

You will
* Own strategy, sales revenue, and conversion targets with consumer brands
* Stand up a structured sales strategy (arrange our partnership programs into solution based options)
* Spend 50% of your time developing and evolving our partnership product offering, and 50% of your time selling the product.
* Liaise with other international markets to share, learn, and continually improve our product
* Drive the thinking in how HelloFresh can successfully partner with different industries including retail, financial services, SaaS, technology, CPGs, etc.)
* Responsible for business analysis and adjusting team trajectory to meet conversion and revenue targets
* Redesign Incremental revenue program and scale to 5x our annual revenue ASAP
* Works with other marketing teams, product, and operations to improve/innovate on partnership products
* Understand the business offering of our competitors and establish HF as the premier mealkit / food partner for other businesses
* Organizes internal and external reporting needs
* Manage 2 direct reports

You are
* Comfortable in building and growing a sales team and support functions
* Adept at rapidly understanding business needs and crafting solutions
* A confident communicator and presenter who is keen on using data to support your perspectives
* Data-driven and curious/analytical by nature
* Able to articulate challenges and problems and then move swiftly to problem solving
* Someone who has worn different hats and relishes learning new channels and disciplines
* A culture fit; you are kind, professional, passionate, and hungry to learn.
* A self-starter who takes initiative
* A driver of change and someone who breaks down barriers
* Excited by ambitious targets and energized by rising to challenges

* You have partnership marketing experience in a fast-moving business
* Proven sales leader, with hands-on experience pitching and closing clients
* You grasp core concepts of subscription-based / SAAS businesses
* You have strong analytical and organizational skills that help you closely monitor your business function and prioritize for success
* You move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster.
* 3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing, or growth
* 2-4 years of experience managing people
* Bilingual (French) is a plus
