HR Specialist

About the Role

How you will contribute
* Assist with the implementation, configuration, testing, maintenance and ongoing administration of the HR systems.
* Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application support, document processes and results.
* Use vendor development tool and leverage system functionality to integrate/implement best practices across all HR functions (i.e., Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Learning, etc.).
* Review, test and implement any system upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results (expected vs actual).
* Troubleshoot issues and partner with stakeholders to address/resolve.
* Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
* Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
* Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train users on processes and/or functionality.
* Maintain awareness of HRIS trends with a focus on best practices, continuous improvement, product development, and service delivery and support. Continuously increase HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences for individual development.
* Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other related degree is required.
* Ability to partner and collaborate with key stakeholders, cross-functional team and lead a project.
* Ability to work with a global workforce, understand and appreciate country requirements, cultural differences, etc.
* Ability to train / educate employees at all levels of an organization as well as the ability to present to various size audiences.
* Experience with and understanding of HR systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) preferred.
